Sales Executive

Job Description:

One of the leading companies engaged in sales of office equipment is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves selling and renting printers, scanners, copiers, and other IT products to businesses, corporate clients, and government organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in government departments, semi-government organizations, and corporate sectors.
• Handle complete tender processes including tender search, document preparation, tender filing, submission, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with government procurement departments and ensure compliance with procurement procedures and requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation as per client and tender requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and tender submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in office equipment, IT products, or related industry.
• Experience with government tenders, procurement processes, tender filing, and submission is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of printers, scanners, copiers, and IT hardware is a plus.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Must have own conveyance for client visits, government offices, and sales meetings.
