Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our Media & Advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients directly, and selling advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for advertising and media services
• Conduct field visits to corporate offices, retail outlets, and business establishments
• Present company media solutions (Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Branding, Video Production, etc.)
• Develop customized advertising proposals based on client needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience in Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (preferred)
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
