Role Summary

The role is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, facilitating sales processes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation within Salesforce. This includes conducting market research, qualifying leads, coordinating with senior sales executives to issue quotations, and scheduling client meetings. The role also involves managing customer databases, processing contracts, and completing vendor registrations and customer master data. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to target customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promptly prepare and issue quotations for prospective clients in coordination with Senior Sales Executives and/or the Sales Manager.
  • Actively promote and sell Averda’s services to new and existing customers in line with approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
  • Conduct client site visits to assess needs and understand service requirements.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer data based on targeted sectors or geographic areas.
  • Manage and review sales data and leads through Salesforce.
  • Qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-up with inbound and hot leads.
  • Schedule meetings for qualified prospects with Senior Sales Executives or the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Prepare and upload signed contracts, purchase orders, and complete customer master data entries in Salesforce.
  • Assist with vendor registration processes as required.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures and standards.
  • Proactively report any risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Continuously assess and report operational risks within the area of responsibility.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Waste Management, or a related field
  • Sales Certifications or related experience (Required)
  • Valid Qatar Driving License – Light Vehicle
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite 2017 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce or other similar CRM systems
  • Basic Sales Admin & Reporting Skills
  • Physical Demands: Walking/Standing, Outdoor Exposure, and Driving

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in customer facing role within Qatar is mandatory
