Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter to contact estate & letting agents to introduce our services. The primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments for our senior team by identifying agencies that are open to exploring support solutions. This is a performance-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys outbound calling, building rapport quickly, and working toward clear targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to estate and letting agencies daily
  • Introduce our services professionally and confidently
  • Identify decision-makers (Directors, Managers, Branch Managers)
  • Qualify prospects based on needs, interest, and suitability
  • Book Zoom appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
  • Follow up with prospects via phone where required
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity & booking targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales
  • Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills
  • Confident objection handling ability
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and directors
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

What We Offer:

  • Mon–Fri, summer 1pm – 10 pm (1 hour break) & 2pm -11pm in winters (1 hour break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
