Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Steel Fabrication / Machining / Engineering sector to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with contractors and consultants, and securing fabrication projects such as tanks, structural steel, platforms, piping supports, and custom metal works.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients including contractors, consultants, and project owners
• Visit construction sites, industrial areas, and project offices to generate inquiries
• Review drawings, BOQs, and tender documents and coordinate with estimation department
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Track project status and payment collections
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Update CRM / sales records and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate with production and project teams for delivery schedules

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in steel fabrication / machining / engineering sales
• Strong knowledge of structural steel, tanks, machining and fabrication works
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and BOQ
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Candidates

• Experience dealing with contractors, oil & gas companies, and industrial clients
• Existing client network in UAE machining Works
• Knowledge of fabrication/machining materials and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
