Experience: Falaknaz Group is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, client handling expertise, and the ability to close deals efficiently. Candidates with proven experience in property sales will be preferred.2-3 years in sales and customer support of a Real Estate Company, Candidates with experience at Roomi, Saima, GFS, Zameen & Graana & etc will be considered.

Requirement: Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, creativity and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects
  • Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
  • Conduct client meetings and project presentations
  • Arrange and manage site visits for potential buyers
  • Follow up with clients to ensure deal closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Update sales reports and maintain customer database
  • Coordinate with marketing and recovery teams when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of Karachi real estate market
  • Male/Female both can apply
