Sales Executive

Position Overview:
Fables Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication, a keen understanding of interior design trends, and the ability to collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with design and production teams.

3. Proposal & Quotation Management

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to provide accurate pricing and timelines.
  • Track and update sales progress in the CRM or company records.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fables Interiors’ products, services, and design solutions.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to recommend improvements.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager/MD.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, project status, and follow-ups.
  • Attend team meetings and provide insights on sales performance and client feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or luxury products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into project proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
  • UAE driving license is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or related sectors.
