Compliance Sales Representative.

Location: (Unannounced Branch) Dubai & Ajman

Salary and Benefits: Basic salary starts from AED 2,500 or commensurate with experience, plus attractive sales commissions, health insurance, and paid annual leave.

Job Summary

This role involves representing "Holistic Legacy" inside the branch, and the incumbent will be responsible for selling the company’s core services (Taxation and Accounting) to walk-in clients. The ideal candidate must possess an accounting background to effectively sell the Guarantee and Quality of our services, focusing on the critical importance of tax compliance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Direct Sales and Relationship Building: The representative focuses on professionally welcoming walk-in clients and converting their inquiries into direct sales contracts for VAT, Corporate Tax, and Bookkeeping services. They must build strong, articulate relationships to support the branch's sales targets (90% focused on tax services)

.Initial Compliance and Quality Assurance: The candidate will utilize their accounting background to provide quick, persuasive initial advice, explaining the risks of escalating penalties (VAT/CT) and emphasizing the necessity of compliance. They will also serve as the initial point of contact for customer and service data entry into the CRM system before transferring files to the audit team.

Essential Qualifications:

Fluent in both Arabic and English (conversation and sales) - Mandatory

Background in Accounting or Finance, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
