Sales Executive

Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven company operating in the field of AI-powered, agentic retail analytics and in-store intelligence solutions.


The company delivers advanced computer vision, AI agent–driven automation and data analytics platforms that help retailers and enterprise customers optimize store performance, improve customer experience, increase conversion, and enhance operational efficiency .

Due to strong international expansion plans, we are supporting our client in hiring a high-caliber Sales Executive based in Istanbul, Türkiye , who will actively contribute to regional and global business growth .


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across Türkiye and selected international markets .

This role requires excellent English communication skills , strong B2B technology sales capability , and the ability to manage complex multi-country enterprise sales cycles .


The role involves international and domestic travel depending on client and partner engagements. During the initial onboarding period, close physical collaboration with the Istanbul office team will be expected.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business development and direct sales across Türkiye and international markets .
  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, demos, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and manage a strong and predictable sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.

International Market Expansion

  • Support market entry and growth strategies in international regions.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and verticals .
  • Represent the company in international sales meetings, demos, and partner engagements .

Solution Selling

  • Position AI-powered, agentic automation, computer vision, and advanced data analytics solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Drive customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities .

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales , preferably within SaaS, AI/Agentic AI solutions, analytics, retail technology, IoT, or enterprise software .
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles .
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills .
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) – mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures .

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into retail, shopping malls, hospitality, airports, or large enterprise environments .
  • International sales exposure (Europe, Middle East, APAC).
  • Startup / scale-up environment experience.

Work Model & Conditions


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in-office (ÅžiÅŸli Quasar Office) and 2 days remote (Monday & Friday), subject to manager approval.

This role may require frequent travel depending on customer and international business needs.


Ideal Candidate Profile


A commercially driven B2B Sales Executive with strong English communication skills , capable of driving international sales growth from an Istanbul, Türkiye base , and comfortable selling complex AI-powered and agentic technology solutions.
