Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows (if required).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (preferably in Dubai/GCC).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic will be an advantage).
