Sales Executive

Job Description

IBIX Global Tech is actively seeking skilled individuals proficient in outbound technical support and international lead generation. We are looking for proactive professionals with strong communication skills who can engage potential clients, nurture leads, and support business growth across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct outbound calls to provide technical support and assistance
  • Identify and resolve technical issues proactively
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting methods
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed call quotas and performance targets
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Required)
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or call center roles
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Resilience and persistence in challenging situations
  • Proficiency with CRM software and call center tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Technical certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in outbound technical support is preferred
