We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive – Export Sales to join our dynamic commercial team in Karachi. If you have the experience, market insight, and ambition to build strong customer relationships and drive growth, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business through strategic sales outreach
  2. Build strong market networks in Karachi to track trends, competition, and high-value opportunities
  3. Provide regular sales activity updates and market insights to support management decision-making
  4. Identify and secure profitable business, promoting Value-Added Services (VAS) and premium freight opportunities
  5. Monitor special equipment availability and optimize container utilization to improve operational efficiency
  6. Ensure smooth area operations in the absence of the Team Lead
  7. Promote MyMSC.com and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
  8. Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with the Sales Manager
  9. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  10. Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings
  11. Prepare and present structured sales and performance reports
  12. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
  13. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  14. Support sales forecasting and target setting
  15. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  16. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the sales process


Experience & Qualification:

  • Masters from a reputable Business Institute.
  • 3 years’ work experience with a minimum of 1 year in the Shipping Industry.
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with internal systems like OVA and CRM .

  • Strong market knowledge and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Familiarity in CRM tools with solid pipeline management and forecasting experience.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of supporting team goals while driving individual performance.
