Kimteks, a Ravago Türkiye Group company, is searching a high-caliber Sales Executive to join its expanding commercial organization based in Ataşehir, İstanbul.
This role is designed for a commercially driven professional, capable of managing customer portfolios while actively contributing to market growth and new business development within the
polyurethane and plastic raw materials sector.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline,

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in polyurethane and/or plastic raw materials,
-
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth,

Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
-
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset,
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of working in an international business environment,

Strong command of MS Office applications and CRM driven sales processes,

Valid driver’s license, open to frequent customer visits and travel without restrictions,

Self-driven, result-oriented and motivated to take ownership and grow within a performance focused organization.
Role & Responsibilities

Manage and develop assigned customer portfolios, acting as a trusted commercial partner,

Execute field sales activities while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities,

Conduct structured market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making,

Expand market presence through new customer acquisition and project based sales initiatives,

Build and sustain long-term partnerships with customers,
-
Maintain accurate and timely sales, pipeline and activity reporting through the CRM system,

Coordinate customer demands with internal teams to ensure service excellence and stock availability,

Work closely with marketing and business development teams to successfully introduce new products and projects to the market.
