Sales Executive – Logistics

Ravisn LTD is hiring a Sales Executive to help grow our international logistics and freight forwarding business. This role is about finding new clients, talking to them, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Find potential clients (importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, SMEs)
• Create lead lists using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online directories
• Contact leads through cold calls, follow-ups, emails, and LinkedIn messages

Lead Qualification & Meetings

• Ask basic questions about shipment needs (route, volume, timeline, budget)
• Book meetings or calls for the Sales Manager or Management Team
• Collect basic shipment details (origin, destination, product type, weight/volume)

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead details in Google Sheets or any CRM
• Keep lead status updated (New, Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked, Closed/Lost)
• Share weekly work reports

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Work with operations and quotation teams
• Follow up with interested leads until final result

Experience & Requirements

• Fresh candidates can apply (good English communication required)
• 1–2 years experience in sales, telesales, B2B, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus
• Good spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel

Skills Needed

• Confident communication in English
• Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp messages
• Basic sales understanding and objection handling
• Organized and able to follow scripts and SOPs

Preferred (Plus Point)

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding
• LinkedIn lead generation or cold emailing
• Basic knowledge of shipping terms (Air/Sea Freight, DDP/DDU)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
