JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXCUTIVE

Position: Sales Executive

Reports to: Executive Director Sales & Operations

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through active selling, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires a target-driven, commercially minded professional who can operate in competitive markets and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively source, qualify, and convert new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Manage after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback for management.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual guidelines.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, corporate sales, FMCG, luxury goods, or service-based industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
