Sales Executive

We are a company operating in the construction and building materials sector, supplying drywall systems, ceilings, insulation and related solutions across Qatar.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive who understands the local market and knows how to turn opportunities into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new clients including contractors, subcontractors and projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with quotations, and close orders.
• Coordinate with logistics, technical and finance teams.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and project pipeline.
• Support collections when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials / building products.
• Good knowledge of contractors and project business in Qatar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Valid Qatar driving license and own car is needed.
• English required (additional languages are a plus).

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
