Sales executive

An Automotive Sales Executive sells vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating features, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and closing deals, while building customer relationships and achieving sales targets, requiring deep product knowledge, strong communication, and persistence in a competitive environment. They manage the entire sales cycle from initial greeting and lead follow-up to finalizing paperwork and ensuring customer satisfaction, often selling finance/insurance products too. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, assess needs, explain vehicle features, benefits, and options.
• Sales Process: Conduct test drives, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and complete sales contracts.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current models, features, competitors, and relevant laws.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate rapport with customers, follow up on leads, and secure repeat business/referrals.
• Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork, manage sales reports, update customer databases, and assist with showroom display.
• Financial Sales: Sell appropriate finance, insurance, and add-on products.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
