Role Description

This is a part-time commission-based hybrid role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist located in Abu Dhabi / Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, setting client meetings, and contributing to achieving monthly sales targets.

The role includes generating leads through personal networking and LinkedIn outreach, following up with company-provided leads, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth project closing and client satisfaction.

A company representative may attend meetings to finalize deals when needed.

Compensation Structure

• 20% – 30% commission on every closed project
• Monthly sales target: 30,000 AED
• Additional 5% bonus on total monthly achieved sales
• Commission applies to every project secured

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals
• Self-motivated and results-driven personality
• Ability to generate leads and build professional networks
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or media services is a plus
• Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory (fresh candidates are welcome)
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai market is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
