Job Title: Sales Executive – IT/Software
Location: Bahrain
Experience: 2–3 years (Junior profile)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT/software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Bahrain market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT/software sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Knowledge of the local Bahrain market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
