Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and polished Sales Executive to join our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate is passionate about jewellery and watches, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional luxury sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and explain product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and product displays
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a personal client book
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Provide administrative support to the boutique staff by handling invoices, work orders, filing of paper works, etc.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and brand campaigns
