Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman with experience in construction and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and securing orders while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and interior fit-out sectors
  • Meet potential clients including contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project details
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within construction, MEP, or interior fit-out industry
  • Good knowledge of materials, products, and fit-out processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read basic drawings and understand project specifications
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Valid driving license
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a similar field in the GCC

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-Graduation or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)

Pay: RO500.000 - RO700.000 per month
