Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the FMCG sector.

- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, distributors, and retailers.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success as a Sales Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Solid understanding of FMCG sales dynamics, including distribution channels, market trends, and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to achieve targets.

- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
