Job Title : Sales Executive

· Engage potential and existing clients to promote and sell products and services.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and qualified leads within assigned territories.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Present product features and benefits effectively to healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic professionals.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.

· Track and report on all sales activities using CRM tools and contribute to strategic planning.

· Provide an exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and clinical value.

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offers, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.

· Ensure the product portfolio remains visible, relevant, and top-of-mind in the marketplace.

· Strategically manage customer buying cycles and ensure consistent engagement during downtime or waiting periods before new purchases.

· Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing and clinical teams to support promotional campaigns and educational initiatives.
