Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers and provide information about company products and services.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments when required to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, call center, or telemarketing roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.

Important: Please review the job location before applying. Our office is located at 1 KM Bulleh Shah Interchange, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, and candidates should be able to commute to this location daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
