Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities ;

* Contact existing and potential customers to introduce the company’s services.

* Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

* Follow up with potential customers until closing the deal.

* Negotiate with clients and close agreements to maximize company revenue.

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions and services.

* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new business opportunities.

* Ensure successful delivery of services according to customer needs.

* Prepare regular reports on customer accounts and sales progress.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer data in the database.

* Handle customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

* Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services to present them effectively.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
  • Client relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Experience in market research and understanding customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, or experience in business operations and data management is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
