Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You won’t just be selling a product; you’ll be building relationships and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows how to close a deal and isn’t afraid to hit the road to meet clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct professional pitches and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring all CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Negotiation: Handle objections with grit and negotiate contracts that benefit both the client and the company.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in a sales role (minimum 2+ years suggested).
  • MobilityValid UAE Driving License is mandatory. (Own car is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (Arabic is a major advantage).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
