Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell tableware and glass products to distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2B and retail sales within the tableware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales for tableware and glass product ranges.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Present product catalogs, pricing, and promotional offers to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and collect competitor and pricing intelligence.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales records, client data, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in tableware, glassware, ceramics, or home décor.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of retail and distribution channels.
- Ability to travel locally for market and client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience dealing with modern trade, distributors, or export customers.
- Knowledge of pricing, margins, and sales forecasting.
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
