Food Service Manager – FMCG

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Food Service Manager (FMCG) to oversee food service operations, manage distribution channels, and drive sales growth within the food service segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales, distribution management, and team leadership.

This role requires a proactive professional who can develop client relationships, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure high service standards across food service accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Food Service & Operations Management

• Manage food service operations across assigned territories and key accounts.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow FMCG food service sales.
• Ensure smooth product supply and availability across HoReCa channels.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvement plans.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities within restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional clients.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors and food service clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.

Team Management

• Supervise and guide sales representatives and field teams.
• Provide training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance departments.
• Monitor inventory movement and demand planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in FMCG food service sales or operations.
• Strong knowledge of HoReCa channel management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
