Salary: PKR 60,000

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain efficient stock flow. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in warehouse management, and proficiency in Excel and system-based reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory tracking
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO / FEFO methods

Goods Handling & Storage

• Oversee the receiving of goods and verify quantity, quality, and condition
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receiving Notes (GRN)
• Organize and store products systematically by category
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse

Dispatch & Coordination

• Prepare and dispatch goods as per sales/delivery orders
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and loading of goods

Team Management

• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers
• Ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures
• Train staff for efficient handling and storage practices

Reporting & Systems

• Maintain and update records using Excel and inventory systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
• Monitor discrepancies and resolve inventory issues promptly

Security & Compliance

• Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage
• Monitor warehouse security to prevent theft or loss
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable using a laptop/system daily
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be based in or willing to work in Rawat, Rawalpindi

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
