Operation Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics & Operations Executive to join our team at Flink Freight Logistics.

Job Timing:
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Monday to Friday

Flink Freight Logistics is a growing logistics and transportation company focused on delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective freight solutions. The company specializes in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including trucking, container movement, and time-sensitive deliveries for businesses across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations (trucks, containers, reefers, etc.)
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients for smooth operations
• Plan routes, dispatch vehicles, and ensure timely deliveries
• Actively search for new clients and generate business (market visits & networking)
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and logistics partners
• Handle quotations, rate negotiations, and contracts
• Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize fleet performance
• Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics / trucking / transport industry
• Strong market knowledge of the logistics sector
• Ability to bring in new business and clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in evening/night shift
