Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete operations of Head Office and all branches nationwide
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and process frameworks
- Ensure seamless coordination across Sales, HR, Finance, Transport, and Visa departments
- Manage end-to-end Umrah operations, including:
- Pilgrim registration and processing
- Visa documentation and approvals
- Accommodation, transport, and logistics coordination
- Ground handling and vendor management (KSA side)
- Supervise and optimize transport operations, including fleet planning and issue resolution
- Ensure timely execution of Umrah groups, departures, and returns without operational gaps
- Monitor and improve branch performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Establish and track KPIs, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
- Ensure strict compliance with Saudi regulations, travel policies, and company standards
- Handle crisis management, urgent operational issues, and real-time problem-solving
- Manage relationships with agents, partners, and vendors (local & international)
- Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead team hiring, training, and performance management for operations staff
- Drive expansion planning, including new branches and operational setups
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery for pilgrims
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field
- 5–10 years of experience in operations management in a reputable/high-profile organization
- Proven experience in managing multi-branch operations
- Experience in Umrah/Travel operations (strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MIS reporting, KPIs, and operational controls
