Job Title: Senior IT Executive
Shift: Night (6 PM to 3 AM)
Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT support operations, ensuring high availability of systems, networks, and services
- Provide advanced-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and complex network issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, enterprise applications, and peripheral devices
- Design, implement, and administer LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security
- Manage and administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and system security
- Configure, optimize, and maintain core network services such as DNS, DHCP, and domain environments
- Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems and security infrastructure (DVR/NVR, IP cameras, biometric systems, IP PABX, managed switches, PoE devices, etc.)
- Monitor server performance, ensure system uptime, and proactively address potential risks or failures
- Develop and manage robust data backup strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and disaster recovery readiness
- Implement and enforce IT governance, security policies, and compliance standards across the organization
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventory management systems
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support services
- Mentor junior IT staff and support team development through guidance and knowledge sharing
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or system administration within well-established organizations
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure, Windows Server administration, and enterprise IT environments
- Proven experience in handling security systems, including CCTV and access control technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
