Job Title: Executive Logistics
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan – Office Based
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PKT
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations under the supervision of team lead and supervisors.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and customers to ensure efficient logistics flow.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and documentation.
• Assist in problem-solving and resolving transportation delays.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage deadlines, team delegation, and overall workload.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Address client queries promptly and efficiently.
• Promote a positive work culture and address any concerns related to employee morale.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of transportation and warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
