Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import/Export Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle inbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication via email, phone, and messaging
• Monitor and track customer shipments
• Review and ensure compliance of clearance and onboarding documents
• Maintain and update shipment records in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams on priority tasks
• Stay updated with import/export procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Familiarity with customs software (Destin8, CNS, Descartes E-Customs)
• Solid understanding of import/export documentation and clearance processes
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional and concise email communication
• Polite, customer-focused, and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
