Job Description

Sovereign Express Trade (SET) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Executive to manage and handle outbound shipments, ensuring smooth and efficient export operations. The ideal candidate will oversee shipment handling, documentation, and coordination with clients and internal teams while ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage export shipments from initiation to final delivery
• Manage customer communication via email, phone, and messaging
• Track and monitor export shipments in real-time
• Prepare and review export documentation and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and agents
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the system
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of export documentation and logistics processes
• Familiarity with customs software (Destin8, CNS, Descartes E-Customs preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused
