Role Overview
The Student Advisor will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students, providing guidance on programme selection, admissions processes, and academic pathways. The role requires a proactive, student-focused professional who can effectively communicate the value of MSBM’s programmes while supporting students from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and digital platforms to understand their educational and career objectives
  • Provide detailed information on MSBM programmes, entry requirements, and progression pathways
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring timely submission of required documentation
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to support conversion from enquiry to enrolment
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students using CRM systems
  • Advise students on suitable programme options aligned with their career goals and prior qualifications
  • Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, academic services) to ensure a seamless student experience
  • Support student onboarding processes and provide ongoing advisory support where required
  • Meet individual and team enrolment targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or customer advisory roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse, international student base
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within higher education or EdTech environments
  • Knowledge of international education systems and qualification frameworks
  • Multilingual capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
