Sales Executive

Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to manage trade sales and project-based clients in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong market relationships and driving sales through both dealer networks and project channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outdoor market visits to:
  • Dealers & shopkeepers
  • Contractors & builders
  • Architects & consultants
  • Fabricators and project sites
  • Develop and manage trade sales network (dealers, retailers, distributors)
  • Generate and follow up on project leads (residential & commercial)
  • Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers
  • Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmations
  • Coordinate with production & operations teams for timely execution
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
  • Submit daily/weekly field visit reports

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • 2–5 years of experience in:
  • Trade sales
  • Project sales
  • (Building materials / construction / uPVC / aluminum / hardware preferred)
  • Age: 25 – 35 years
  • Male candidates only
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Must be confident in field sales and outdoor visits
  • Own motorbike preferred
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
