Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PPE helmet products across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, safety officers, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
- Promote product features, benefits, and compliance with safety standards
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions (CRM updates).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in PPE, industrial safety equipment, or related B2B sales in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of local market and industrial sectors (construction, oil & gas, etc.).
- Familiarity with PPE safety standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network with contractors, project managers, and procurement departments.
- Experience selling safety helmets or similar PPE products.
- Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
