We’re Hiring: General Manager – Gas Industry (KSA Office)

Are you a strategic leader with a strong background in the Gas/Oil sector? Join a dynamic, forward-thinking company at the forefront of the gas industry in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee and drive operations, business development, and team performance at our KSA office.

Location:

Riyadh / Jeddah/ Dammam (KSA Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of our operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
• Oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive business development and growth opportunities in the gas and energy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and key industry stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
• Monitor industry trends and market shifts to strategically position the company for future success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the gas, oil, chemicals, Petrochemicals, HVAC, Sustainability or related heavy industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA Oil/Gas market, regulations, and business culture.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operations, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
