- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and building materials market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients.
- Visit construction sites and client locations to assess needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and delivery of materials.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Handle after-sales service, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
