Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Interaction Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating sales, and providing excellent service related to UAE WiFi/internet solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients

Promote and sell UAE WiFi/internet packages

Assist customers with inquiries, renewals, and complaints

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Record and update customer information in the system

Ensure professional communication at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a call center is required

UAE WiFi/internet sales experience will be preferred

Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Working Hours

8 hours per day

Must strictly follow duty timings

Company Policies

Late arrivals or failure to follow duty timings may result in penalties

Leave must be informed at least one day in advance

Same-day leave requests may result in double leave deduction

Mobile phone usage is not allowed during working hours
