Job Description – Sales Executive

Attempting to redefine customer experience in the digital era, we are looking for a tech-fluent Customer Service Representative who understands that while speed is essential, empathy is what truly sets a brand apart.

As the face of Mesh Sq, you will go beyond traditional script-based support and act as a proactive problem solver. Leveraging AI-driven insights and modern SaaS tools, you will deliver seamless, personalized, and “Opti-channel” support ensuring a consistent and engaging customer journey across all digital platforms.

You will play a key role in building meaningful customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital service experience.
