SALES EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for white- collar and technical staffing services.
  • Approach potential clients and promote HR complete solutions such as recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with corporate clients Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and fulfil ensuring complete service satisfaction. Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements.
  • Liaise with recruitment teams to facilitate the timely provision of qualified candidates and ensure efficient and smooth mobilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target and contribute to revenue growth. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience.
  • Proven experience working in HR Solutions or recruitment industry.
  • Knowledge in Human Resource Services is desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
