Sales Executive

Ascend is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage lead conversion, customer engagement, and promotion of our esports and edtech programs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and relationship management skills who is passionate about gaming, esports, education, and community engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Sales

  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and social media
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments for Ascend’s esports and edtech programs
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents
  • Track and manage sales activities through CRM systems

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM systems
  • Update sales pipelines, customer interactions, and lead status reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Support promotion of Ascend programs across social media platforms
  • Engage with online communities and respond to course inquiries
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions

Partnerships & Sponsorship Outreach

  • Build relationships with brands, gaming communities, and sponsors
  • Promote esports tournaments, training programs, and events
  • Support partnership initiatives within the gaming ecosystem

Customer Experience

  • Provide consultation to parents, students, and partners regarding Ascend programs
  • Assist in organizing demo sessions, events, and promotional activities

Candidate Requirements

  • 6–7 years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC
  • Strong background in sales, lead management, or customer engagement
  • Experience in edtech, gaming, esports, entertainment, or training sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
  • Arabic speaking candidates are an advantage
  • Experience working with brands, sponsors, or entertainment companies
