Job Title: Sales Executive (Vertical Transportation)Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to join the Cosmotech team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling our world-class vertical transportation systems .

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients including developers, consultants, architects, and facility managers across the UAE.
  • Conduct "cold calling" and face-to-step networking to build a robust pipeline of projects.
  • Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi & Dubai construction indices to track upcoming tenders and IPO projects.

2. Technical Sales & Presentations

  • Present Cosmotech’s product portfolio (Elevators, Escalators, ) to technical committees and procurement heads.
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate project estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales proposals and Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD).

3. Relationship Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and payment collection.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events.

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer data in the CRM.
  • Provide weekly market intelligence reports on competitor pricing and emerging trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (Construction, Lift industry).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close "high-ticket" industrial contracts.
  • Licensing: A valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the National ICV Program and UAE procurement portals is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
