Job Title: Sales Executive (Vertical Transportation)Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to join the Cosmotech team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling our world-class vertical transportation systems .
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients including developers, consultants, architects, and facility managers across the UAE.
- Conduct "cold calling" and face-to-step networking to build a robust pipeline of projects.
- Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi & Dubai construction indices to track upcoming tenders and IPO projects.
2. Technical Sales & Presentations
- Present Cosmotech’s product portfolio (Elevators, Escalators, ) to technical committees and procurement heads.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate project estimates.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales proposals and Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD).
3. Relationship Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and payment collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events.
4. Reporting & Strategy
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer data in the CRM.
- Provide weekly market intelligence reports on competitor pricing and emerging trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (Construction, Lift industry).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close "high-ticket" industrial contracts.
- Licensing: A valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the National ICV Program and UAE procurement portals is a plus.
