Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with strong experience in decorative concrete & landscaping solutions. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of products such as micro topping (micro cement), stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, antique brick cladding, and decorative flooring systems, as these are core offerings of the company.

This role requires field sales, client acquisition, and project coordination across residential, commercial, and outdoor landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in construction, landscaping, and interior fit-out sectors
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations
• Promote company services including:
• Micro topping / micro cement flooring
• Stamped concrete and textured concrete
• Exposed aggregate flooring
• Antique brick and wall cladding
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and negotiate contracts

· Coordinate with design and site teams for project execution

· Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in relevant industry.
• Strong technical understanding of concrete finishes, flooring systems, and landscaping.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
• Proven sales track record in outdoor/field sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with contractors, villa projects, or landscaping companies
• Existing client network in UAE construction industry
• Knowledge of site execution processes and material applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
