Job Summary
PikMyCar is a premier transportation services provider operating across the UAE and the Gulf region, specializing in airport transfers, car rentals, and comprehensive mobility solutions. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive who will be pivotal in pitching our innovative transportation services and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will proactively identify potential customers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close high-value deals. Your success in building strong client relationships and effectively communicating our service benefits will be key to expanding our market presence and supporting our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification & Prospecting: Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting, including market research, networking, and cold-calling initiatives. Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to present our services, and build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals in line with company targets.
  • Solution Customization: Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product or service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools, and report sales results and market insights to management.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development: Stay up-to-date with new products, services, pricing, and payment plans, keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, and proactively seek new business opportunities to enhance the client base.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master's in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in business development and sales within the transportation, logistics, or mobility sector.
  • Oman Experience: At least 2+ years of mandatory experience in the Oman market.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing analytics tools
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: RO250.000 - RO400.000 per month
