We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Executive with a proven track record in the US IT/Tech sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing the early-to-mid stages of the sales funnel. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience working within a US-based IT services or SaaS framework and understands how to communicate technical value to North American decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify prospects within the US market.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client pain points and align them with our IT solutions/services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document all activities accurately within our CRM ([e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot]).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Technical Pre-sales teams to transition qualified leads and prepare for demos.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on US tech trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging IT needs to better position our offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional Background: 1–2 years of active sales experience specifically within a US-based IT company (SaaS, Managed Services, or Cloud Consulting).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with a focus on "business-level" American communication styles and etiquette.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Resilience: A high degree of self-motivation and the "thick skin" required for high-volume prospecting.

- Someone who understands US business hours and the cultural nuances of selling to CTOs, IT Directors, and VPs of Engineering.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
