We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our kitchen, wardrobe, and media wall solutions. The ideal candidate will actively generate leads, engage with customers both in-person and online, and contribute to sales strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to generate new leads and promote products.
- Handle and convert social media inquiries and leads into sales.
- Attend to walk-in clients at the showroom/office and provide product consultations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen, wardrobe, and media wall solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep updated with product knowledge and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and quotations, basic knowledge of preparation of quotations.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or home improvement).
- Mandatory experience working with top kitchen and wardrobe brands in Pakistan.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in direct sales (door-to-door) and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) for lead handling.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior solutions is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local market and customer behavior.
- Must have personal convince.
