We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Executive – Aluminium Division to lead business development and sales operations in the facade and aluminium sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, in-depth technical knowledge of aluminium systems, and a proven ability to generate and close high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets within the aluminium and facade division
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
- Leverage existing industry relationships to expand the company’s project pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award and handover
- Collaborate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the aluminium and facade industry
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales within the aluminium / facade industry
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE market
- Solid technical knowledge of aluminium systems, facade works, and industry standards
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing major projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
